“Ravara” is derived from the Swedish word ‘Råvara,’ meaning “raw material.” Our vision was to take the raw material of the previously undeveloped 9 acres of the former White Pine Sash site and turn it into quality missing middle housing and community amenities that benefit the Northside neighborhood.

A true community development, Ravara melds townhomes, condos, apartments, open space and retail/commercial into a neighborhood that feels like main-street Montana.

Ravara is the result of over ten years of community activism and demand for residential housing in this Northside location.
