A New Energy on Missoula’s Northside
A Lasting Missoula Community
Ravara is more than a collection of homes.
This is a new kind of neighborhood rooted in creativity, connection, and modern Montana living.
Set in the heart of Missoula’s Northside, Ravara brings contemporary architecture, intentionally designed public spaces, and planned neighborhood retail together in one thoughtfully crafted community. Morning coffee runs, evenings with friends, shopping with local makers, neighborhood events, and easy access to downtown all become part of everyday life.
The Northside has long been one of Missoula’s most distinctive neighborhoods. It’s eclectic, historic, independent, and deeply local. This is where old warehouses become studios, neighbors know each other by name, and some of the city’s best parks, trails, breweries, and gathering spaces are just minutes away.
Ravara builds on that energy with modern homes designed for how people want to live today: bright interiors, clean design, flexible spaces, and a strong sense of community. The result is a neighborhood that feels connected, creative, and unmistakably Missoula.

When Each Of Us Opens The Door, All Of Us Can Find Our Place.
Front Step Community Land Trust was born out of neighborhood organizing on the Northside of Missoula in the 1990s.
Since their founding in 1996, Front Step (formerly North Missoula CDC) has led a series of transformative, community-driven projects that have become cornerstones of Missoula’s working-class neighborhoods.
Front Step is also Montana’s first community land trust, and has grown to over 90 permanently affordable homes, ensuring working families can stay rooted in this community.
Ravara Homes is part of years of neighborhood organizing to create more housing that families can attain in the vibrant Northside.
