Community
Ravara is part of an intentionally planned neighborhood with a bright future.
A Lasting Missoula Community
Ravara includes both market-rate homes and permanently attainable homes offered through a community land trust model, carefully planned to be one cohesive neighborhood.
The homes are part of a planned community which intends to include a small neighborhood grocery, restaurant, a coffee shop, office space, and other neighborhood amenities.

When Each Of Us Opens The Door, All Of Us Can Find Our Place.
Front Step Community Land Trust was born out of neighborhood organizing on the Northside of Missoula in the 1990s.
Since their founding in 1996, Front Step (formerly North Missoula CDC) has led a series of transformative, community-driven projects that have become cornerstones of Missoula’s working-class neighborhoods.
Front Step is also Montana’s first community land trust, and has grown to over 90 permanently affordable homes, ensuring working families can stay rooted in this community.
Ravara Homes is part of years of neighborhood organizing to create more housing that families can attain in the vibrant Northside.
